Why!!, Why!!, won’t you listen to me?

The real estate crash in the U.S. has been devastating for many people, but for smart investors it has been a once in a life time opportunity to snap things up for pennies on the dollar.

My investors and I have gone down to Miami and we have been floored by the deals there. You will find many agents who want to sell you fancy condos that have dropped in price more than 50%.

This is not what we are after. The new game in town for real investors is CASH FLOW. It’s back to basics now. What worked in the old economy (pre-financial crisis) does not work in this new economy (post financial crisis)

The days of buying a house, renovating and then flipping for a profit (short term) are over.
